Engravings may be darker or lighter on some wood due to the piece of wood used and the markings. We generate a QR for you using our software. We do not recommend using your own, as the image of your own QR needs to be lasered onto wood and doesn’t come out as sharp. That said if you would rather we use your own QR image, we can do it. IT IS THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the address they have given is correct and full. We are not responsible for missing house numbers, old addresses etc being entered. If you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and if we can, we will amend for you. If an order has been returned to us due to incomplete address being given, we will issue you with a redelivery invoice, if it is not paid with 30 days, your order will be disposed of.
